Jesús Ruiz

Jesús was born and raised in Guaymas Sonora, upon completing his studies he began his working life in large construction projects in the state of Sonora and Baja California, one of these projects brought him back to San Carlos to work on the Bahía Delfín Condominiums project in which he entered as a supervisor and inspector of works and projects, later he moved to the state of California US to practice construction in the Bay area, thus increasing his knowledge, one of his tastes developed at that time was working in refrigeration which he exercised intensely for 2 years of hard work in the city of Tijuana BC, Tecate BC, Rosarito and Ensenada BC thanks to a job proposal. His desire was always to live in San Carlos. He spent his vacations in San Carlos with his family and childhood friends. Living in this area was possible for him upon returning thanks to a recommendation in the Aerospace industry where he specialized in the area of quality, quality assurance of finished product and supply chain in raw materials, he dedicated 11 continuous years to the Aerospace industry carrying out this work working for recognized clients such as Rolls Royce, Pratt and Whitney, Honeywell, General Electric.
His ability to adapt and learn in different fields, from construction to quality in the aerospace industry, speaks to his professional versatility and dedication. He has spent the last 9 years living in San Carlos with his lovely wife where he received the invitation from Thonda Oliver to be part of the property management team. He holds his position as maintenance supervisor starting in November 2022 until the current date. He loves to enjoy his work and life in this beautiful place.
